Who We Are

Angela Garin is the founder of Garin Consulting, with over a decade of experience in policy advocacy, lobbying, and association leadership. She began her career in 2014 with a grassroots medical cannabis campaign, sparking her passion for public policy.
Angela further developed her expertise in contract lobbying at Erickson Public Affairs and Park Street Public, representing a diverse range of clients. Most recently, as Senior Director of Advocacy at Care Providers of Minnesota, she led strategic initiatives to strengthen advocacy efforts. Specializing in Education, Public Safety, Health, and Human Services, Angela is committed to building relationships and crafting impactful strategies to advocate for clients' interests.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Concordia University, Angela has volunteered extensively and served on the Board of the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota. She is dedicated to driving meaningful outcomes for her clients through a deep understanding of the legislative process.
